In this world of fake news, alternative facts and greater disingenuous behaviour, people are looking to weed out the frauds.
Their ‘bullshit detectors’ are in overdrive, and their filters are up.
So we need to drop the mask and be our own authentic selves – hiding behind nothing and with nothing to hide.
Because authentic = trustworthy.
So stop trying to be some perfect cookie-cutter corporate automaton.
The future belongs to humans.
